Debra McDowell is a REALTOR® with Parks and holds numerous professional certifications including Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Sales Professional (CSP), and Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce (RCS-D).

A native Nashvillian, Debra is an expert in many of Greater Nashville’s key neighborhoods and the surrounding counties. Debra’s combination of real estate and mortgage knowledge is invaluable to her clients. She finds helping sellers and buyers to be the most rewarding job she has held throughout her career.

Raised in a family who built many of Nashville’s notable buildings like Cheekwood and the original Baptist Hospital, Debra’s early influences naturally led her to a career in real estate. After graduating from the University of Kentucky and raising a family, Debra worked first in the mortgage industry and then as a listing agent for a homebuilder for whom she achieved record sales in 2005.

Debra is a 2007 Circle of Excellence Silver Award Winner, and 100% of Debra’s buyers were “willing to recommend her to friends and family” when surveyed by an independent firm for three years.
