Debra began her career in real estate after graduating from the University of Kentucky, raising a family and varied professions. She is a native Nashvillian who was raised in a family that built many of the buildings in our city, such as Cheekwood and the original Baptist Hospital. Her early influence naturally led her to a career in real estate which began in the mortgage industry and then as a listing agent for a home-builder. She has certifications as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist– Divorce (RCS-D). As a member of the Home Builders Association, Debra has substantially completed the requirements for Master, Institute of Residential Marketing in home building. She achieved record sales for her builder in 2005 and received a Silver Award in 2007 Circle of Excellence as well as received three years of 100% of buyers, willing to recommend her to friends and family as determined by an independent survey firm. She is an expert of the many neighborhoods and surrounding counties of the Greater Nashville Area. Debra's combination of mortgage and real estate knowledge make her invaluable to her clients.
